The Capital Area Purchasing Association (CAPA) is an organization consisting of purchasing professionals employed in the Central Virginia area in procurement related fields. Member entities include state and local governments, colleges and universities, and other public bodies located in the Richmond area. CAPA is a chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
