Sourcing Analyst The College of William and Mary. The Procurement office is looking for innovative, strategic thinkers with a strong data analysis background to fill this brand new position. The Sourcing Analyst will support the Procurement office to ensure that the College community receives what is needed, when it is required and at the best possible value. The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Procurement related data analysis activities, supervising progress reporting and tracking of suppliers, participating in communications and change management efforts. The position focuses on strategic sourcing activities and drives the data analytics to aid in the development of college wide change management initiatives to build support and awareness of new contract solutions and business processes.

Senior Contract Officer Radford University. This vacancy is a direct result of the imminent retirement of a current employee. The Senior Contract Officer is responsible for establishing term contracts as well as direct procurements for a high volume of specialized, complex, technical goods and services. This position issues Request for Proposals, sole source procurements, obtains bids/quotes, negotiates and awards contracts. The position supervises one Contract Officer. Salary is commensurate with experience in Pay Band 5.

Senior Procurement Analyst DMAS. This new position is responsible for contract management and financial analysis of high dollar, large scale and complex contracts. This position will manage the agency's contract financial activity to include: development of cost proposal templates in RFPs; analysis, tabulation, and negotiation of Offeror cost proposals; and development and maintenance of a contracts and interagency agreements database to administratively track, analyze, and report contract/agreement value and invoice payments.
