Procurement Officer III Prince William County Service Authority. This is a unique opportunity in the Service Authority's Management & Budget Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing professional-level procurement work in the areas of procurement operations and strategic procurement planning and analysis. Administering the Service Authority's contracting program from the outset (acquisition planning) to contract close-out. Develop and issues Invitation for Bids (IFB's) and Request for Proposals (RFP's), guides the selection process, reviews contract terms before recommending execution to the Purchasing Manager. The ideal candidate will research and analyzes methods of acquiring goods and services to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process.
