Procurement Technician – Loudoun Water. This position will report to the Procurement Agent. Under general direction of the manager, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of specialized, complex, and highly responsible technical duties related to the processing, purchase, and acquisition of materials, supplies and equipment. Work involves extensive public contact and requires the exercise of considerable judgment, initiative and discretion based on knowledge of Loudoun Water's purchasing policies and procedures and Federal, State regulations and Purchasing laws, and contract management.

Procurement Manager II – VA Dept. of Rehabilitative Services. The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) is currently seeking an individual to serve as Buyer Manager in our Fiscal Services Division. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the procurement of a variety of complex goods and services in an efficient and cost effective manner to support the operation of the DARS and DSAs in accordance with procurement laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Procurement Manager II – City of Richmond. The Division of Purchases and Supply seeks highly qualified contract officers for several Procurement Manager II positions that will specialize in handling complex procurements for services, and major equipment, and serves as a senior procurement expert—preferably with experience in one or more of the following fields: Public Safety, Natural Resources or Transportation. These positions provide timely, accurate and responsive procurement support through establishment and management of statewide and single agency contracts that promote complex "Best Value" concepts. They also provide training and guidance to agencies, public bodies, and vendors on the application of eVA, the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Vendors Manual, and DPS rules and regulations.

Purchasing Agent – Town of Herndon. Responsible for the town's purchasing division. Oversee purchasing operation, advise and enforces regulations; process requisitions; review budget balances; manage procurement card program; issue, manage sealed bid and request for proposals. Requires Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years experience; certification (or eligible for) as a Certified Public Purchasing Officer, Certified Professional Public Buyer or equivalent. Experience in local government purchasing, management of procurement card program, and familiarity with automated financial systems desirable.

Deputy Director of Finance - Purchasing – City of Hampton. Seeking a professional to provide oversight and management of the Consolidated Procurement Division within the Department of Finance. Performs supervisory, administrative and purchasing functions for City departments and Hampton City Schools. Financial and Management Services is seeking a professional individual to perform experienced budget and accounting work, planning, organizing, analyzing, evaluating, coordinating and preparing the annual budget and financial reports for the County and its fiscal agents. Financial and Management Services is seeking a professional individual to perform advanced budget and accounting work, planning, organizing, analyzing, evaluating, coordinating, and preparing the annual budget and financial reports for the County and its fiscal agents.
