The VAGP newsletter, News & Views, is emailed to over 1,000 public procurement professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is the Association's primary communications vehicle and is a main source of information and insight on upcoming events, activities, educational programs, business trends, recognition, and legislation for purchasers across the state.

News & Views is published quarterly (March, June, September and December). All articles are for, by, and about the membership. All VAGP members are encouraged to send their stories, press releases, and photos to LeeAnne Beatty Smith, News & Views Editor, at smith2lb@jmu.edu.

PAYMENT: Payment is due in full upon signing of contract and prior to posting of publication. Sponsorships for which payment has not been received will not be published.

CANCELLATION BY PUBLISHER: This contract may be canceled by Publisher at any time upon written notice to Sponsor or its agents at address shown on contract. In the event of cancellation by Publisher, all prorated payments made by Sponsor shall be refunded by Publisher, without interest, and Sponsor and its agent shall have no other right, claim or remedy under this contract. Cancellations by Sponsor will not be accepted. No cash rebates are given.
A signed advertising agreement and camera-ready or digital artwork must be submitted one month prior to posting or as indicated in the Production Schedule. VAGP reserves the right to amend posting schedule and recommends that sponsors contact VAGP for current deadlines. The VAGP reserves the right to reject materials that do not meet acceptable standards and policies. Sponsor are protected against rate changes until expiration of current sponsorship contracts. Rates and size specifications are subject to change.
